I'm Jahleeka Morris-Jones. By day, I work in finance and people strategy at one of the world's largest tech companies. Alongside that, I've built a consulting practice, a healing collective, a nonprofit, and now a memoir — all pointed at the same question: what does it actually take for people to thrive at work and in life?
I've spent over a decade in finance, equity compensation, and organizational transformation — building teams and leading change at pre-IPO startups and global Fortune 500 companies, where I currently work in finance and people strategy. That work taught me how systems move. It also taught me what systems miss: the people inside them.
So alongside that career, I built the rooms I wished existed — a consulting practice that helps organizations design cultures people actually want to work in, a healing collective for trauma-informed movement and sound, a nonprofit rooted in community and legacy, and now, a memoir about what it took to become who I am. Different rooms, same builder, same standard: honesty first, healing always.
